At any time, you may require additional assistance during your training.
The Registrars Requiring Additional Assistance Policy outlines the identification and support processes within GP Synergy to assist registrars who:
- have a disability and require assistance to participate in the AGPT Program on the same basis as registrars without a disability
- are experiencing difficulty due to personal, family, social, psychological or medical problems and require non-educational assistance or intervention
- are having difficulty in the area of professional competency and require educational assistance or intervention.
You are encouraged to notify GP Synergy, generally your medical educator, of substantive difficulties as soon as they arise.
